Introduction

This was a UK based Leadership Development programme for all levels of management (up to Board level) comprising 7 one day sessions accompanied by one to one coaching sessions.

The Outcome

The CEO and HR Director were both actively engaged with the programme and confirmed that the training and coaching provided had actively improved performance and leadership skills of the management team.
