This was a long term assignment, which involved running an Executive Training and Coaching programme to support a small, niche, telecoms company who have been transitioning into a larger organisation ready for sale.

The company had been very successful in adopting an entrepreneurial approach to business winning some large contracts in a new and emerging market. However, over time as the market matured and competition became stronger it had become more difficult to maintain a competitive advantage and grow the revenue stream.

Consequently, the decision was made to extend into a new market sector, grow the business rapidly and then offer the company for sale.

How we helped

Company growth required significant development of the Senior Team to become more ‘corporate’ in their approach and more sophisticated in their Leadership behaviours and communications.

The Executive Training and Coaching programme involved:
